Description
From our proprietary heat systems to our 6” thick walls and roofs, our powder curing ovens are designed specifically for professional powder coating applications. Our modular designs also make it easy to expand your oven in the future. Whether you’re a first-time coater or an experienced coating specialist, we can provide the equipment you need to consistently produce high-quality powder finishes.
Reliant’s 6’ x 6’ x 10’ powder curing oven is perfect for smaller powder coating projects like curing custom wheels, batches of small fabricated parts, motorcycle and kart frames, lawn furniture, fishing lures, bumpers, signs, engine components, and more. These ovens are often a great starting point for shop owners looking to upgrade from unreliable or poor-performing hobby equipment. Our ovens use 6” thick wall and roof panels and doors that are 5” or thicker, all packed with 6# or higher density mineral wool. Compare this to competing ovens with walls as thin as 3” to 4”, doors as thin as 2”, and mineral wool as light as 4# density.
Our doors are full size, allowing access to the entire 6’ x 6’ cross section of the oven, and they are supported by a reinforced door frame system. No casters are needed to support the doors and no “candy cane” latches are required to keep the doors closed.
Reliant’s standard 6’ x 6’ x 10’ oven features an overhead plenum that directs heated air onto coated parts without blowing off the powder. Our vertical heater design keeps the gas train at waist height, so it is easy to adjust or maintain your oven, and the floor-mounted exhaust removes only the coolest air from the oven—reducing heating costs. Our standard powder coating ovens are optimized for curing temperatures of 300°F to 450°F.
Our most popular batch oven control panel includes a timer system that can trigger an alarm or shut down the oven at the end of the curing cycle. It features a digital temperature control system that shows both the temperature inside the oven and the temperature the oven has been set to reach. There’s also a high temperature limit controller that shows a digital display of the air temperature at the discharge from the heat system. It shuts the system down if something causes the temperature to spike above the normal operating range. The control panel includes separate fan controls so the operator can quickly cool the oven down if needed.
Popular options include doors on both ends, insulated floors, color touch screen controls, and special ducting for working with exceptionally large or dense parts.
Why buy a 6x6x10 powder curing oven factory-direct from Reliant?
When you buy an oven from Reliant Finishing Systems, we’ll support it for as long as you own it. We have full-time customer service specialists to help you with questions or problems, no matter how long you’ve had your equipment.
We’ve been doing business under the same name, with the same ownership, since 2005. We’re a stable, trustworthy business with countless positive references and 5-star online reviews. We also have plenty of experience—we’ve built over a thousand powder coating ovens for use across the U.S. and Canada!
We aren’t distributors who sell powder coating equipment made by another company and then can’t answer basic technical questions (or just plain won’t answer the phone after the sale).
We don’t hold training classes where you pay to hear a sales pitch. Instead, we offer serious hands-on training by coating industry experts, not salespeople.
We aren’t a paint booth company stretching into the powder coating market or a new manufacturer selling unproven products to their customers.
We don’t sell no-name powder guns, DIY booth kits, or small hobby ovens. Our focus is on building and supporting reliable equipment that can hold up to daily use by people who depend on it to earn a living.
Even though Reliant Finishing Systems provides powder coating equipment to well-known industry leaders like SpaceX, we’ve also helped hundreds of small manufacturers, “mom & pop” powder coaters, and fabrication job shops.
When you buy a powder coating oven from Reliant Finishing Systems, you’re doing business directly with the factory that designs and builds your equipment–saving you money and hassles by eliminating the middlemen and connecting you directly with the people who can help assure your success.
