Pretreatment Stations

Our pretreatment stations include upgraded features that enable it to be used as a steam cleaner/phosphating unit, hot water pressure washer, cold pressure washer, and rinse down unit all in one compact machine. For powder coating treatment stage, steam cleaning is excellent for removing grease and oil, dissolving resins, de-icing, flushing away chemical residue, etc. Hot water pressure washing cuts through encrusted dirt, grime, and other dried on substances. Cold water pressure washing or rinsing is great for light duty clean up or residue removal. The application of phosphating and/or priming chemicals during steam bath reduces chemistry loss. This unit features heavy-duty construction and high-quality components, including stainless steel water chamber and aviation quality fittings.
