Wagner Air Flow Control (AFC) technology ensures exact powder control through a high-precision, closed control loop measurement that regulates the air volume during the coating process and produces a uniform powder cloud for premium coating results.
Powder can be fed directly from the original container (box-fed) or out of portable stainless steel hoppers (hopper-fed). The layout of the controls makes adjusting recipes fast and intuitive. Up to 50 coating recipes can be saved, creating numerous possibilities to set parameters for your individual needs. Wagner Air Flow Control (AFC) technology ensures exact powder control. Using the Digital Surface Optimizer (DSO) system, up to 4 primary recipes can be easily accessed via quick selection and an additional 46 recipes can be chosen by using the rotary knob. The DSO assistance function can reduce overcharge effects. This is particularly helpful for decorative coatings on complex workpiece geometries or for challenging powder coating jobs. The DSO function provides a more homogeneous finish, especially with:
- Complex coating situations
- High penetration situations
- Short spraying distances
- Undercuts
- Complex, easily charged powders
The PEM-X1 handgun is compact, light, and easy to use. It includes a high-performance cascade and allows for remote recipe change directly from the gun.
The Sprint 2 includes a robust swiveling arm mounted to the frame of the cart that properly secures the powder pick-up within the powder container. An integrated wiper ring ensures quick and efficient cleaning of the pick-up during color changes, saving time and reducing the costs associated with manual clean-up between colors. The quick-link injector system also provides a fast and easy solution for high-speed color changes. All the hoses can be detached simultaneously. Access to the PXS venturi nozzle with this function makes maintenance a breeze.
